C. S. Osborne Triumph Boulevard heel plates are designed to prolong the life of leather-soled shoes. The protective plates prevent permanent damage from occurring when normal wear compromises the welt attaching the sole to the shoe.

Triumph plates are brass-plated and are easily affixed to all brands of leather heels and easily ground by cobblers and bespoke shoemakers.
