Heel covers are plain and unfinished, so you are able to dye with ease.  An all-purpose contact cement adhesive is needed to adhere to your heel.  Examples are Barge All Purpose,  Master’s, or Renia Colle de Cologne.

Please make sure to measure your heel to determine correct style.
