Shoemaking - RENTAL - Deposit - please submit form

Thank you for your interest in renting a shoe last.  

Deposit:

  • A Valid Credit Card must be placed on file before renting a last. 
    Please click here to access Last Rental Deposit & Credit Card Authorization form.
    • A deposit of $25 is required per last rented.
      • Deposit will be charged separately on card submitted on the Credit Card Authorization form.  
      • The deposit will be returned in full when lasts are returned on time and in good condition. 
      • Deposit will be forfeited if last is not returned on time.
