Fiberglass stay reinforcement tape is a Non-Woven Polypropylene fiber backing with adhesive, provided with protective release paper.  Fiberglass reinforced tape is a tape that has inlays of reinforced fiberglass elements for added stability, strength, and reliability. 

Commonly used as a reinforcement in leather goods and shoes.  Can be used to reinforce eye stays, under eyelets, backing for sandals uppers, and perforated parts.
